The image most associated with El Che is from a photo taken in Havana in 1960 by Alberto Korda entitled “Guerrillero Heroico”.  It has become a political symbol adopted by everybody from May Day immigration activists to Pakistani workers groups. Although thanks to modern capitalism, this famous shapshot is now most likely to be found on a t-shirt at college campuses and over-priced coffee houses in the wealthiest nation on Earth.
